Delete Your EggBlocks Account

EggBlocks (by EnvisaSoft / Author Elixir Inc.) provides this page so you can request deletion of your EggBlocks account and the personal data we store for that account. Linked players can also permanently delete their EggBlocks account directly in the app under Profile → Delete My Account. This page remains available for Google Play Data Safety reviewers and players who cannot use the in-app flow.

You do not need to sign in to submit a request on this page. Submitting this form does not delete an account instantly. We review and process verified requests. The in-app Delete My Account action deletes the authenticated EggBlocks account immediately on our servers.

How to request deletion

1. Complete the form below with a reachable email address.
2. Optionally include the display name shown in EggBlocks.
3. Confirm that you want the EggBlocks account deleted.
4. Submit the request. We will follow up if ownership verification is required.

What is deleted when a request is processed

When we verify and fulfill a deletion request, we delete the EggBlocks user account and the related records stored on our servers, including where applicable:

• Account record (including guest or Google-linked identity)
• Profile information (display name, avatar preferences, notification preferences)
• Google identity link (one-way hashed Google user identifier; we do not store Google ID tokens)
• Guest device identity link (hashed device identifier)
• Game sessions and submitted scores associated with the account
• All-time and period bests / leaderboard entries for that account
• Device / FCM push notification tokens registered for the account
• Friend relationships stored for that account (when present)
• API access tokens for that account

What may remain

• Data that remains only on your device (for example unfinished local games or local settings) until you clear app data or uninstall.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you, if any are retained by our hosting or tooling providers under their policies.
• Records of this deletion request itself (email you submitted, optional display name, and request status) may be retained for a limited time for security, audit, and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Google’s own account and data remain under Google’s control; deleting EggBlocks does not delete your Google Account.

Timing

We aim to process verified requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days). Complex verification may take longer. This form always shows a generic confirmation and does not disclose whether an account exists for the email you enter.
